Melissa Wood, MS, CCC-SLP, SLDI
Executive Director of The Reservoir Group and the Director of Speech, Language & Literacy @The Lab School of Washington
As a Speech-Language Pathologist and Structured Literacy Dyslexia Interventionist, Melissa specializes in working with students of all ages with language-based learning disabilities. She has worked in public and private schools, as well as in outpatient clinics at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Kennedy Krieger Institute. Melissa has a particular passion for family and teacher education, as it relates to topics of language, literacy, and learning. Melissa earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Williams College and her Master’s Degree from the MGH Institute of Health Professions.
Gretchen Kunz, MS, CCC-SLP
Associate Director of Speech, Language & Literacy @The Lab School of Washington
She enjoys working with students of all ages with language-based learning disabilities in her roles as a Speech-Language Pathologist and reading specialist. Gretchen is passionate about helping students grow into strong learners and self-advocates, who understand their strengths and how to navigate speech, language, and literacy challenges. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Loyola College in Maryland and her Master’s Degree from Northeastern University.
